The international Cruyff Foundation team consists of 23 enthusiastic employees. They have a passion for sports and use this to get children and youngsters active. Because we work with a relatively small team, working together is key. We have offices in Amsterdam and Barcelona, our goals are identical and together we activate worldwide.
The Dutch team:
The Dutch team consists of 18 employees supported by freelancers, volunteers and interns. In the United Kingdom we are supported by two British freelancers. The Dutch team activates internationally.
The Spanish team:
The Spanish team consists of 3 employees and are based in Barcelona. The Spanish team mainly coordinates the projects in Spain and the international Spanish-speaking countries.
As a foundation, the Cruyff Foundation has a coordinating board. The board keeps track of daily operations and assesses the annual budget, the financial statements, and the annual report. If needed, they are consulted about fundamental decisions. We have different boards in Spain and in the Netherlands.
The Netherlands:
Chairman: Pim Berendsen
Secretary: Jeroen van Seeters
Boardmembers:
- Susila Cruijff

We have big aspirations, which means that we take on many projects. This requires a lot of work that we as a team simply cannot do on our own. We are supported by a big group of dedicated and loyal volunteers who help us at events or if we need some extra help for one of our projects.
If you would like to become a volunteer yourself to support the Cruyff Foundation, please send us an e-mail: events@cruyff-foundation.org
