The Cruyff Court of Arsenal legend Dennis Bergkamp was reopened in Islington, Londen last Friday.
Dozens of top footballers worldwide have their own Cruyff Court nowadays - but Arsenal legend Dennis Bergkamp was actually one of the first! His Cruyff Court has been a huge success in the neighborhood for ten years now, creating a safe space for kids to play and be active. After a major refurbishment, it was reopened today.
No less than six Arsenal celebrities were present at the Arsenal in the Community kicks session with the local youth: David O'Leary, Tomáš Rosický, Giles Grimandi, Matthew Upson, Jeremie Aliadiere and David Hillier. Thanks to Islington Council and the players of the People's Postcode Lottery, these local kids can enjoy weekly sessions with Arsenal in the Community!
