They will be responsible for educating young people to organise sporting events on the Cruyff Courts of their neighbourhoods.
Last weekend a new edition of the 'Coach Course' of the Cruyff Foundation took place in Spain. For 3 days, a total of 10 participants received the necessary tools to educate the youth of their neighbourhoods, the ‘Heroes of the Cruyff Courts’, to organise sporting events on the Cruyff Courts of their respective neighbourhoods.
The program includes theoretical sessions, practical sessions at the Cruyff Court Igualada, as well as the visit of active coaches who share their experiences with future ones.
After successfully completing this course headed by Rob Groener, together with our volunteer Marc van der Meer and several members of the Foundation, they all became new coaches of the Cruyff Foundation. Congratulations to all of them!
